What do we mean by human systems?

At the heart of our work is a concept called Human Centered Design (HCD). This is about putting people at the heart of the design process. It is important to firstly understand people, what makes them behave the way they do and what their capabilities and limitations are. With this in mind, products, systems and environments can be designed to meet people's needs. This approach makes things easier to use and creates safer and more user-friendly systems.
