Win holds a Master's in Public Health specializing in Health Economics and Policy, alongside an MBBS. Win brings over 10+ years of experience in public health, health economics/economic evaluation, evidence syntheses, and data analysis, with roles at government agencies, consulting firms, and development banks, including Te Whatu Ora and the Asian Development Bank's South East Asia Transport Unit. Currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Auckland, Win's research focuses on the relationships between commuting modes and risks of different cancers, and the impacts of environmental factors like air pollution, noise, and greenspace, analyzing data from a cohort study with 500,000 participants, and New Zealand's Integrated Data Infrastructure.
